We are situated approx 6 miles from the Historic City of Gandia and 12 miles from the Golden Award winning beaches of the Costa del Azahar, so called because of the orange and lemon groves which cover this lush green area of Spain.

Our Gandia Villa is situated in a plateau of orange groves and surrounded by stunning mountain views on all sides.
We have a large private pool, which is fully enclosed, with lovely views.
There is a large sun terrace for you to lay back and relax and enjoy the abundant sunshine and take in the amazing views as you enjoy a cool drink.
Villa La Felicidad is perfect for a quiet relaxing affordable family holiday or a lively and entertaining break or if preferred more active break.
We are approx 10 miles from the beautiful Golden Award wining blue flag beaches of Gandia and Oliva and the vast array of bars and restaurants that run along the paseo.
